If more than one person knew how the elderly are treated there... if only you could see how some are bathed in bed, how they're fed, how their diapers are changed, sometimes, or how they're spoken to... it's all a pretty facade, but you don't know the reality many of them live, especially those who can't express themselves or have dementia. I know the kind of treatment they receive in this residence, and it's not good. There are caregivers of all kinds, but some of the women leave much to be desired, especially considering they have the qualifications to work in this profession.
