We are happy with the care and treatment our family member receives. The staff is caring and friendly with the residents and is always attentive to their needs. Very good communication with the family.

I can't give the center any stars. My relative left the center without anyone noticing and the center's response was that they didn't want him and that we had to go get him. If you truly need this service for a grandparent in your household, it's best not to take them to this residence. At the slightest problem, they call you to take them home. They are incapable of controlling the residents and resolving any issues themselves. The director is incompetent, to say the least; what she excels at is emotionally manipulating the family. And be careful... because the doors are open, and this isn't the first time a grandparent has escaped and been found by a neighbor.
