It was awful. I went in with a possible meniscus tear, telling the triage officer that I'd already had an X-ray in Andorra, but it only showed the bone, and that I needed an MRI. She said okay, to wait. They made me wait THREE hours, no exaggeration, even though there were only four other people in the emergency room waiting area. When they finally took me in, the doctors didn't even look at my knee. They told me to rest and that they didn't have the equipment to do MRIs, and that I should talk to my family doctor in Valencia (my city) so they could order one for me. I find it appalling, to say the least.

I want to attest to the malpractice of the emergency department of this hospital! The girls in admissions are super friendly, sincere and willing. But the waiting time is exaggerated! I left of my own free will without being treated because I had broken my big toe and it was in a lot of pain and I couldn't put my foot on the ground, I told them that I'd better go home so that at least I could take an ibuprofen. During almost 2 hours of waiting, they only treated one person and a child who they had already visited in the morning. In the waiting room there were only 3 of us who needed to be treated. But it seems that there were no doctors to visit. When we were leaving, we spoke to a couple with a girl who were already there when I entered. They told me that the girl had a deep cut on her arm and that it had taken them a long time to stop the bleeding. They had already gone through triage but had not even looked at the cut to see if it was very deep and urgent (they did not even look at my finger in question to assess if the fracture was serious). They did not understand how they had not been treated, considering that it had to be sewn up and that it was a girl. I do not know if it is a matter of lack of staff or, as many reviews say, those who are there are very busy. I would like to take this opportunity to say that I was also unable to be treated by private healthcare because the only center they visit and do X-rays on Friday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays is closed. A very bad experience!

My son had an injury in a soccer match, and the truth is that they took very good care of us, both in the emergency room and the doctors, with us informed at all times, an unbeatable treatment. Thanks to everyone, you can't ask for more, even though we are from a long way away
