Sin embargo, existe una preocupación significativa sobre la accesibilidad de comunicación, ya que las familias reportan dificultades para contactar con la residencia por teléfono, lo que genera inquietud respecto a la información sobre sus seres queridos.

I've tried contacting this care home several times to speak with my aunt, but unfortunately, they never answer the phone. It's very worrying not being able to get any information or contact with a loved one. I hope they improve their phone service so we can have better communication with the residents' families.

All my gratitude to the team at the Pirineu Residence. It is a very good residence, very human, kind, friendly and patient with both the residents and the residents' families.
