Good morning! Although it's been a while, we wanted to thank all the staff at your residence for the wonderful care our grandfather, Emeritus, received in his last year of life. It was a wonderful experience for everyone, and we were honored to place our trust in your hands. Through this Google review, I want to thank the management and staff of the nursing home for the care they gave my father during the weeks of recovery he enjoyed at their facilities. This was our first experience in a nursing home, and the closeness, affection, and thoughtful touches like parties and special meals on special days have shown us that, at the very least, Lorenzana 2 is a place where you'll not only have a roof over your head and care, but a home where both your physical and emotional needs are taken care of. Today, my father is back home, recovered from his ailments, but in better physical condition and also with a much more cheerful and positive emotional state. So, all that remains is to thank you for everything, and perhaps our paths will cross in the future.

Disappointing service and attention. They project a certain image, but their professionalism is very disappointing. I think their care for the elderly is lacking.

They really give you a hard time. When you go to meet them and talk to them, they paint a rosy picture, but then it's the complete opposite. They're not attentive, they don't give you the attention they promise, and then when you ask for explanations, they wash their hands of it and accuse the person who's actually there of lying. It was all terrible; I can't say a single good thing about them.
