La Residencia Lorenzana I destaca por su trato humano y cuidadoso hacia los residentes, contando con un personal dedicado y profesional, instalaciones impecables, buena alimentación y actividades terapéuticas variadas que contribuyen al bienestar de los mayores. Los familiares valoran especialmente la honestidad, el esfuerzo del equipo y la mejora observable en la calidad de vida de sus seres queridos, aunque algunos usuarios señalan que la ubicación y el acceso en transporte público podrían ser mejorables.

From our house, we watched the Residence being built. My late mother spent afternoons there visiting her elderly relatives and friends in her final years, and she had asked us in advance that when the time came, we should leave her in the care of Marisa, the founder and pioneer. They helped us, they made things easier for us... I wouldn't say the treatment was excellent, but simply HUMANE. Now, the next generation helps us by providing my father, who "wouldn't leave his house for anything!", with well-cooked meals, medication management, trips to and from appointments, etc. etc. THANK YOU, ANA. I recommend them because I value their effort and honesty.

I'm writing this review of the residence to thank you all for the effort and great work you do, not only at events like Senior Citizens' Day, Carnival, the drawing contest, etc., but also every day in caring for our loved ones, and in this case, for Lucía (my mother). In August, we celebrated our first year with you, and during this year we've seen our mother improve a lot in every way. We want to thank you for making her as happy as possible and for taking such good care of her. The staff deserves a ten for their friendly approach to people, as well as their professionalism. Excellent food and facilities. If it weren't mandatory to use public transport to get there from almost anywhere in León, it would get the highest score.

The residence is always spotless. They provide excellent care for our residents and offer activities with therapists. Medical staff are always on duty, both morning and afternoon. I'm delighted!
