Los residentes y sus familias elogian especialmente la personalización del servicio, la calidad de las instalaciones (limpias, luminosas, confortables), la comida adaptada y la excelente relación calidad-precio, considerando la residencia como un lugar seguro y acogedor para el cuidado de sus mayores.

Excellent care for the elderly, with compassion and suitable facilities (doctor, physiotherapist, etc.) that are adapted to their needs. The staff who care for the elderly are wonderful.

I want to thank this hotel (as my dad called it) for their attention, their consistency, and their excellent service to my dad at all times. The food, cleanliness, and staff were all excellent... from Eva the manager, to Raúl the doctor, Julio the nurse, Hector the physiotherapist, and the entire team of geriatric technicians... A residence that is a two-story chalet, full of plants and fully equipped. Excellent service, very personalized food tailored to each resident, bright rooms with great views, very attractive furniture and anti-bedsore mattresses. It has a good gym and even a chapel. The staff is very good, and the health care provider, who understands them best, couldn't be more involved with the elderly. The management is very good. For the price, I'd give it a 10.
