Opiniones

My grandmother died the day before yesterday because of them. She was very ill, she had anemia and infections, but the doctors at the residence said that "she was making it up." I recommend that you think twice before putting someone in this place.

Spectacular! A great second home for seniors. I love it. They have a large family room, a spacious outdoor terrace, and the staff's attention is indescribable—kind, helpful, and very humane. Everything is very clean, organized, and well-coordinated.

My mother was admitted in 2015, until her death in 2023. There are very friendly and helpful staff, but like everywhere, there are people who are unfit for these jobs. The management of the nursing home leaves much to be desired. The food is good, the hygiene, and the rest are without complaint. However, the management was on top of everything in the first few years to make sure the patient didn't lack anything. These centers are either very well coordinated, or it's better to try a public place. Given the situation here on the island, it's a pipe dream. Furthermore, there's a lot of cronyism in the public sector regarding the admission of elderly people. Among the people I've contacted over the years, I've found some very worthy people, while others aren't so much. The social worker is a gem, as are some of the assistants. The telephone operators are always very kind. The best thing is the staff in general. The worst is the management of the center.

I have my mother in this nursing home, and everyone has been very kind, attentive to her and her adjustment. From the beginning, the social worker has been very dedicated to my mother and caring, as has the physiotherapist, who is wonderful. I highly recommend her.
