This didn't happen under the previous management...

They cancel my video calls, they block me from pre-arranged appointments when I go to see my mother, who has dementia. Sometimes a professional apologizes afterward, but the most common thing is that they treat me badly both at the time and afterward. They dismiss me with arrogant derision, saying, "What do they know?" In times of a pandemic.
