Residencial La Pineda presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras que algunos usuarios elogian sinceramente el trato profesional, amable y compasivo del personal (especialmente enfermeras como Nancy y Marina) y las instalaciones bien mantenidas, otros residentes reportan problemas graves como falta de higiene, hacinamiento, personal insuficiente, ausencia del médico, pérdida de pertenencias y cuidados inadecuados, lo que sugiere una experiencia muy inconsistente dependiendo de la zona o circunstancias de cada residente.     Sadly, my mother passed away today, but I only have words of gratitude for the staff at the care home, especially Nancy, who treated my mother and my family with such special kindness! As my mother used to say, "Nancy, I'll raise the flag for you!"

    They don't take good care of the elderly. Dirty. Overcrowded. They don't receive professional or personalized rehabilitation. The doctor is practically absent. Without qualified staff and scarce. They leave them ALONE during staff breaks. They lose or use other residents' clothes, pillows, and other personal belongings. Very little care is provided, and most, with few exceptions, don't even provide them with adequate care in terms of hygiene, food, etc. Milk and collapse seem like dirty water. It's VERY EXPENSIVE!! A true abuse for the elderly and their families. Very precarious conditions. Super-small, double rooms. From beds to wheelchairs, crammed into a room with a TV. This is where they eat all meals until bedtime. They don't even wash their faces after eating. Depressing. They can't cope due to insufficient staff and lack of specialization, except for two nurses who, between all the groups of more than fifty, turn four groups. More than 300 residents. It's horrible. And they limit family visits to a minimum outside of the established hours. Demanding ever more without seeing good results. No specialized rehabilitation staff. Just one. No activities or rehabilitation for Alzheimer's patients. They should conduct official medical and health inspections without prior notice. Their professional qualities, their infrastructure, and their quality are not even close to what they claim.
