Very poor care and lack of staff. My mother was there a few years ago, and we had to rush her out. Her physical (she stopped walking) and cognitive decline were completely regressed. She spent all day in the wheelchair, which the director told us was only for transportation, since she could walk but struggled to get on public transportation. There were no Alzheimer's specialists at all; that's a parking lot for the elderly.

A terrible experience. There was a severe lack of staff and qualified personnel; they didn't know how to address the residents' problems and only wanted to keep them sedated and quiet. Overall, they didn't know how to care for the residents, despite being the most expensive nursing home in Jaén. They also failed to provide any reassurance to the families. It's a shame; I don't recommend it.

A few days after my mother's passing, I wanted to write to express my deep gratitude for the care home. The incredible care my mother received during her stay with you, from absolutely every staff member, from management to the nurses, aides, cleaners, and kitchen staff, was truly remarkable. I spent more time there during her final days and felt immensely comforted by everyone during such a sad time for me and my family. I find great solace in knowing that my mother's passage from earth to heaven was as easy as one could ask for.
