On the 18th, it will be four months since my father-in-law passed away in this care home. They still haven't refunded the money for the days paid for in September that he didn't use. The excuse is that it's handled in Seville, but we can only speak to the woman at the entrance, and they don't offer any further explanation. Clearly, they have no intention of refunding it. In contrast, my aunt died in a care home in Motril, which has no connection to them, and they refunded her money within a month. It was a much larger sum, and my aunt had been hospitalized the entire month until she died. They held her place for her and still refunded the money from the day she was admitted. That's the difference between a good care home and a mediocre one.

Modern and well-equipped facilities. Decent rooms. Friendly and well-trained staff. Of all the residents and their families I've spoken to, the vast majority have given me positive feedback about the staff and the residence in general. Congratulations, and keep up the great work every day!

Subsidized nursing home. They treat the residents wonderfully. The caregivers, nurses, social workers—everyone is fantastic—organize tons of activities for the seniors, whether they're residents or attend the day program. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
