El Centro Residencial Escoriza cuenta con una valoración mayormente muy positiva, destacando la excelente calidad del cuidado personal, limpieza, atención médica y trato afectuoso del personal hacia los residentes y sus familias, con varios casos documentados de mejora en la salud física de los usuarios. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante respecto a las restricciones de visitas implementadas, que durante ciertos períodos causaron dolor emocional significativo a las familias, especialmente en situaciones de despedidas finales.

My husband has been at the Pozo Alcon Nursing Home for two and a half years now, and I'm very happy with the care and attention he receives. I arrive without warning and find him smelling good, clean, and tidy every day. If my husband weren't paralyzed, he'd be younger and look better than he did before entering the nursing home. We're all very happy, and my husband even more so. The nursing home staff treats him with such care, which keeps him active and eager to live. Thank you very much, and keep it up.

Hello, my mother has been in the residence for 11 and a half years and the truth is that the care, the treatment with relatives, the medical care, the cleanliness of the people and the facilities are very good. The elderly play games and enjoy what they can. The residence is close to the town and is very sunny. The residents also enjoy the sun and those who look after them are affectionate with everyone. The management and the staff around them are great. I have no complaints, although sometimes some mistake slips through the net, but without any importance, we are all human. Otherwise, everything is very good.

Here in Pozo Alcón, my mother wanted to visit a relative, a cousin she loved very much, for the last time, and you wouldn't let me. You didn't allow me a visit so my mother could rest in peace. This was in August 2022. My mother passed away in October. It's not right that her relative couldn't see my mother and that my mother died without being able to see her beloved relative. Now I've called to visit my aunt in a month, let's see if you'll finally allow it. In Barcelona, wherever you go, you can visit your relative, your friend, whoever you want, as many times as you like. And who made these rules? My mother's last words, crying before she died, were that she hadn't been able to see ********
