Aunque una reseña menciona un servicio "Ok", las múltiples denuncias de negligencia médica, retención de pertenencias, restricciones excesivas en las visitas y una gestión orientada más al lucro que al bienestar de los residentes sugieren que esta residencia no es una opción recomendable para el cuidado de personas mayores.

The worst nursing home ever. My grandfather was there for a month, because unfortunately he passed away, and to this day we still don't know what happened. According to them, the doctor came and said he seemed unwell, and instead of contacting the family, they kept quiet until he died. They kept all his belongings: expensive cushions, his clothes, his toiletries. It was a disgrace. You had to call a week in advance to be able to visit him once a week, and only when they wanted, and only two people were allowed. Honestly, every time someone mentions taking elderly people there, I recommend that they'll be much better off at home than in that nursing home.

People who leave their elderly relatives here should think twice. The organization is terrible, and the elderly are very poorly cared for by the staff, as their supervisors demand too much and they can't handle the workload. The center's director is awful and does nothing to improve the situation. If you want your elderly relatives to be well cared for, this is not the place for you.

This care home constantly boasts on social media about an image of happiness and love for the elderly, when in reality it's not true. I had a very close experience with this, which left us with a very negative impression. There was a lack of professionalism in the management, and no care or sensitivity towards families was evident. They showed no concern for the health of our relative during the height of the pandemic when they were hospitalized. They withheld information about their health status and medical reports, among many other things we'll never know. I would not recommend this care home under any circumstances; they are purely for profit, with no genuine commitment to care. I'm giving it one star because there's no option for zero.
