My father has been in the care home for five months. I only have words of gratitude for all the staff, whom I don't want to name so I don't forget anyone. From the day we arrived, they were attentive and listened to the whole family, and my father received exceptional care. I'm certain that my father has made significant physical and cognitive progress thanks to the work they've done with him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I want to express my sincerest gratitude to the Bouco Senior Residence for the excellent care and attention they provided my mother during the years she was with you. The professionalism, kindness, and dedication of the staff were exceptional. My mother felt right at home, surrounded by people who cared for her with love and respect. In particular, I want to highlight the help and support we received during her final days. The attention and care they gave her were impressive, and we are so grateful for everything they did for her. Thank you to the entire Bouco team for making my mother's last years as dignified and happy as possible. Your work is admirable and essential, and I hope you continue doing what you do with such heartfelt dedication. *5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐*

Good afternoon... We've been at Bouco for six months. First of all, I'd like to thank the professionalism and empathy of many of your employees: María José and Carmen (receptionists), cleaners (Mercedes, María Luisa, Nazaret, and María José), assistants (Eva, Yenni, Sheila, Samira, Guillermo, Ángel, Desiré, etc.), Encarnación, the housekeeper; Adrián and Alonso from maintenance; Rocío and Pepi from the cafeteria; Miguel Àngel, the doctor; Nerea (Nursing Coordinator); Maite, Jack, Sandra, and Lidia, the nurses; and the night staff (Eli, Ana, etc.). Please excuse me for not knowing the names of other employees, although I know they do their jobs to the best of their ability and knowledge. I also want to thank Marina and Lorena (the psychologists) for their time listening, and Rocío (the social worker and, as described in the center's organizational chart, also assistant manager). I also want to thank the laundry and kitchen staff. Secondly, I want to tell you that I recognize the work it took me to trust all of you, and that during the adjustment period I made mistakes about some things. Due to my family's situation, we didn't have the option to continue caring for them from home. I was afraid of having to keep them in a senior center. We chose yours because it specializes in Alzheimer's/stroke care, and you have the option of an apartment (I wanted them to feel at "home"). Over time, I've seen how many of you (not all), whom I've named and some I haven't because I don't know your names, treat them with kindness and professionalism. However, and to be honest, I have to say constructively that the organizational and coordination management of the center leaves much to be desired... As does the number of staff caring for so many residents. I know they are stipulated by law, but I also believe that they could be increased as the number of residents increases. I don't think it would cost you much, considering the prices we pay. I think that if this were the case, the staff wouldn't feel so overwhelmed (I'm writing this because I've seen it with my own eyes) and the residents would be better cared for. In this sense, and to the extent possible, I strongly urge the person or people responsible for these functions to place more emphasis on them. If the organizational management were to improve, along with the wonderful staff of staff that you are (some of whom are mentioned), the center would run much better, and of course, it would receive, from me, five stars. Best regards 👋.

Good afternoon, after several complaints I've had with the director, I've decided to complain on social media. Like most people, I have no complaints about the facilities; they're wonderful, the cleanliness is excellent, and the staff is very good, but they are far too few to cope. New elderly residents arrive every day, but the staff doesn't increase, making it impossible for them to provide the necessary care. My mother, who is of sound mind, complains mainly about two things: The emergency call button and the telephone don't work. In fact, she spent four hours calling, and no one came. She was feeling very unwell and managed to get her cell phone and call me so I could call the residence. Maria José knows this because I called in a fit of anger, and they came immediately. And secondly, the quality and quantity of the food doesn't match what's posted on the notice board. My mother has been losing weight since she's been there, and she pays a fortune every month: €2,730, plus €53, not including hairdressing, physiotherapy, podiatry, and cafeteria fees. Some months it goes up to €3,000. And as she says, the amount of food that's thrown away every day is incredible! Thank goodness I bring her fruit and some cookies so she'll eat something... today, January 17th, 2026, she hasn't eaten a thing! The food is the worst it can be, according to her. And from what I've asked around, that's the general complaint. And let's not forget the missing clothes! She's been missing two nightgowns for over a month now. I don't understand why they charge us for clothing and then it gets lost. I'm sorry. My mother's bill has gone up by €100 a month; I hope it helps her eat better quality food. And as I told you last time, those who pay should expect better. Best regards.

The most luxurious nursing home in Huelva. Very clean and very well-equipped. The fault lies in the maintenance of the surroundings. It's quite the opposite. They should replace the wastebaskets and clean the floor a little more.
