El Centro residencial El Pinar de la Fuente presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios destacan la excelente atención del personal, las instalaciones modernas y la buena comunicación, otros reportan experiencias muy negativas incluyendo negligencia en el cuidado, comidas insuficientes y problemas graves de higiene como úlceras no tratadas. Esta disparidad sugiere inconsistencias significativas en la calidad de la atención y el cuidado proporcionado a los residentes.

I am grateful for the care and affection shown to my parents during these two years and four months. For me and my sisters, this is a truly excellent residence, both for its staff and facilities. Few residences in the province of Huelva boast such infrastructure. Communication with their nurse, Maria, and the rest of the staff has been constant and pleasant. I reiterate my gratitude on behalf of myself, my sisters, and my parents.

My experience with this care home has been terrible. I had a family member there for three weeks, but it didn't even last a month. My advice is not to put your elderly relatives there. They lack food, the meals are very small and bad, and they don't pay any attention to them. They give them their medication whenever they feel like it; you have to be constantly on top of them. The staff are very nice, but they are exploited by the owner, who could have opened a candy store instead of a care home. I absolutely do not recommend it.

My experience has been very bad. I picked up my relative in very neglected condition and covered in ulcers. It's not right that they do that to people.

I had a relative in this residence and we had to take him out because of the poor care he was receiving, we even took him out with ulcers.
