Terrible! They started construction in the winter and put the elderly residents downstairs, with power outages, water leaks in the rooms, no television for two days, and the elevator to the dining room working every other day... 😡 It's pathetic.

My grandmother is a resident here, and she had a terrible fall, losing all her teeth. Her entire upper lip is covered in stitches! My face is black from the bruising! Where are the staff who are supposed to be looking after them? She wouldn't fall if she were with someone! You're going to get a complaint that will blow your mind. I won't rest until this damned place is shut down.
