Very bad experience. The manager is incompetent. The staff are generally very nice, but three in particular should be transferred to another workplace as they are rude, arrogant, and manipulative. They should investigate what's going on there; they should be ashamed.

My aunt lived there for a few years, she passed away there. It's a good residence, with good people working there. I was very happy with the treatment I received from all the staff, including the director.

It has excellent services for the elderly. It's very clean and the residents are treated very well. Excellent food and medical care for them.
