Opiniones

My mother is there, and I'm so grateful for the professional and compassionate care I've received from the entire team—from the management and the psychologist to the social worker, occupational therapist, nurses, and assistants—everyone. I'm very relieved knowing my mother is being very well cared for, with lots of love and attention.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. It hasn't even been a month since we took my grandmother there, and they've literally ruined her. She has bruises on her knees, hands, even her nose from falling, and infected blisters on her feet. She walked in, and within a week she was in a wheelchair. The following week she couldn't even move her arms, her eyes were practically closed, and she hadn't spoken in the two weeks she'd been there. Not to mention they cut everyone's hair the same way, like it was military service, and without consent. What a lack of humanity and empathy, if any at all.

I think it's the worst nursing home in the entire province! Not only do they mistreat the elderly, throwing them into wheelchairs like rag dolls, but they also speak to them horribly and with very little manners. I had my ninety-year-old daughter there two days ago, and soon after, she ended up covered in bruises. What a disgrace. I worked there for a very short time, and I've been able to see from the inside how little decency and love there is for the elderly.

If you love your family member, don't even think about putting him there. The incompetence of their staff knows no bounds, from one of their nurses, who has a rather strange accent, to the director herself. My father is miraculously alive. They want people to sit still and not give them work, or else, give them tons of tranquilizers. We put my father in a day center so he could work and have a break, and they practically asked me for help. In short, they have no idea how to handle situations with people with Alzheimer's, and let's not even mention the lack of empathy for both the family and the patient. I'll take action, and I hope they're released. Shameful.

My mother has been there for a few years. From the very first moment, the staff welcomed her with all the love in the world. They gave me complete confidence that she was in the best hands. I am forever grateful from the bottom of my heart. The staff is their greatest asset. I want to take this opportunity to applaud you all from my home for taking care of my mother during these difficult times, and not only my mother but all the elderly residents there. I will be eternally grateful. I'll give you all a big hug as soon as this is over, which it will be.
