We can only praise the entire staff, starting with the director. The professionalism, care, affection, and respect with which they look after our loved ones are invaluable. We are so grateful; the treatment our mother received during the two years she stayed at the home was extraordinary, and the affection with which they cared for her made us feel like family, which is priceless. Knowing that our family members are well cared for provides great peace of mind.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! THE STAFF ARE OVERWHELMED, WHICH IS WHY THEY'RE COMPLETELY OVERWORKED!! THEY SPEAK TO YOU RUDELY ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. I SPENT A HELL OF IT WITH MY MOTHER THERE FOR THE THREE-AND-A-BILLION YEARS SHE WAS THERE. THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND DOESN'T REALIZE THAT ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE EAT THANKS TO THE ALMOST 50 ELDERLY PEOPLE THERE, THEIR PENSIONS, AND THE FAMILIES WHO PAY. THEY ANSWER IN SUCH A RUDE MANNER, ARE SO UNFRIENDLY, AND SHOW SO LITTLE EMPATHY TOWARDS THE FAMILIES ONCE AND FOR ALL. Once the residents are discharged, they don't give them their medication correctly. I noticed this during the blood tests they do there, comparing the results of one test to another. That was the case with my mother, who had to be fed and given her medication through a nasogastric tube because, due to her Alzheimer's, she could no longer eat on her own. She also suffered from epilepsy and numerous other health conditions. She died in the hospital with a severe deficiency in her medication (both for epilepsy and thyroid) that she had been experiencing since her residency, according to the blood tests performed at the hospital each time she was admitted. During her last two hospitalizations, she was dehydrated and malnourished (I have medical reports from her last hospital admissions, where this was documented by the doctors who treated her). They don't want elderly residents with nasogastric tubes there, because that prolongs life and the tube causes problems, like the tubing getting stuck or the risk of choking, which is a problem for the caregivers, who are always rushing around because time is of the essence there. I don't recommend them!!! They aren't transparent or clear with the families. They cover for each other. The only positive thing I would say is the hygiene, both of the residents and of the facility itself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR ELDERLY BECAUSE THEY TREAT YOU WITH UTTER IMPAIRMENT (MANAGEMENT) AND BECAUSE OF THE MEDICATION ISSUES WHEN THEY LEAVE THEM IN BED UNTIL THEY DIE. THE LABORATORY RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!! DON'T BE FOOLED!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL FOR ALL THESE REASONS!! BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT TAKING YOUR ELDERLY HOME!!!!

It's a welcoming place, the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the management is excellent. I highly recommend this residence for seniors.
