Yes, the nutritionist thinks it's normal to eat four cookies with a cup of coffee in the afternoon, even though it's the best meal older people eat because it's what they like the most. I don't know what kind of nutritionist he is. I don't think either he or you eat only that. 24-hour nursing staff? Or just 24-hour assistants? Because not long ago, you had an "advanced technician" assistant posing as a nurse, leaving more than 100 lives in her hands. An advanced technician is your way of calling a nurse you can't replace a cheap hand. You only know how to say nice words in public, and then you don't even value people's lives, according to a financial agreement.

Exceptional service makes this nursing home a unique place. The grandparents feel at home, and the family members feel more at ease seeing them happy in such a welcoming place and environment. The attention from the entire team, from the assistants to the management, is 10/10. They are always attentive and willing to help. Without a doubt, I would always recommend it. Thank you team!!

Why can't I give it less? I'm incredibly dissatisfied with this care home. This is the third time something has happened to my mother on the weekend; it's becoming a pattern. I don't know if it's due to staff shortages or the inexperience of the staff on weekends. I wouldn't recommend this care home for the care of your loved ones. I will be filing a complaint. This is what my mother looks like today. Her nose has stitches, it's probably broken, and her eyes are black and blue. They've forbidden me from posting a picture of my mother's face.

To give you an example, here's one instance. It's unacceptable to have the pavement in this state in a place like this, with a population that has limited mobility and uses wheelchairs. Nor do I understand why the tables for wheelchair users aren't adapted (they hit the floor underneath if the wheelchair gets too close). It seems like a serious lack of care. It's a shame to grow old only to find myself parked like this. The surrounding area is an industrial park, and opportunities for walking are scarce or nonexistent for those less fortunate.

I will always be grateful to this center. My grandmother was there for five years and received top-notch treatment. The management team, as well as the team of assistants, doctors, and nurses, are excellent. I highly recommend it.
