"My grandfather was a resident at Valdeluz. Initially, the facilities and the overall appearance of the residence seemed good, which gave us confidence. However, our perception changed radically when my father, with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), entered the intensive palliative/basic care phase and truly needed the professional care that they are supposed to provide for the high cost." The disappointment was total and very serious. In the final stage of his stay, the quality of basic care was unacceptable. He was transferred to the hospital with severe dehydration and serious infections (specifically in the mouth and glans) due to a clear and negligent lack of hygiene. It is intolerable that a residence that charges such high fees and presents itself as a high-level center fails to provide basic, dignified, and professional care to its most vulnerable residents. The lack of adequate care in the final stage is something that cannot be justified.

Honestly, it's not worth it. It's not worth the cost, there's a lack of staff (everyone ends up doing everything), which leads to confusion when administering medication to the inmates, among other issues such as the poor room cleaning. I want to thank Silvia for her friendliness and efficiency, that's all I can say. Everything else leaves much to be desired. As a suggestion, invest what you earn in your employees and services; it will improve the quality of life of those who live there.

My mother has lived here for two and a half years, and we couldn't be happier. Her health was fragile, and she has always been very well cared for. We are grateful to the team of caregivers, nurses, doctors, therapists, physiotherapists, receptionists, management, social worker, and everyone else I may have missed. Their work is evident, from the kitchen and cleaning staff to the garden maintenance and all those little touches that create a warm, homey atmosphere. Their professionalism is evident, but so is their compassion. I believe we couldn't have entrusted our mother to better hands during her final years. In short, I have nothing but words of gratitude.
