La Residencia Santa Teresa Jornet destaca por su limpieza, mantenimiento impecable y el dedicado trabajo de las monjas que cuidan a los residentes, aspectos valorados positivamente por la mayoría de usuarios. Sin embargo, existen críticas importantes sobre la falta de atención personalizada según necesidades individuales, problemas de convivencia entre residentes que no se abordan adecuadamente, y denuncias graves sobre posibles abusos y violaciones legales que generan desconfianza en la calidad real de la atención prestada.

The residence is very clean and well-maintained. The nuns there provide excellent care and have a medical service. We left her there with great enthusiasm, but my mother was only there for four months before she passed away. She moved there from another residence, hoping for an improvement in her well-being, but she became quite depressed due to some things that happened. Some of the elderly residents bullied my mother, laughing at her for being new, and they did little to stop it since they knew perfectly well who was causing it. She also had health problems and was undergoing tests. After several hospitalizations, we requested more attention and care due to her condition, as it was also on medical advice. I believe they take good care of the elderly residents, but there are too many of them, in my opinion. They should provide the necessary attention depending on each individual case. I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth because they told us they would call us within a month to hold a mass for my mother, and that hasn't happened, apart from trying to talk to the doctor after her death, without any success.
