Horrible in every way, not only the facilities, which are old and neglected, but also the treatment of the people and the staff in general. My grandmother was there for eight months. She started walking and eating on her own, and in just three weeks, she became completely dependent. She had a urinary tract infection that went undetected, and it worsened the dementia she was admitted with. Since she stopped eating, no one would sit with her to feed her; we had to feed her energy shakes that they gave us ourselves. In fact, the staff sat in the dining room eating themselves whenever we arrived. Everything was terrible and not at all recommendable.

Although it looks old from the outside, it's very well-maintained inside, and the staff is very friendly, competent, and attentive. It was a pleasure to visit with the manager, a charming woman.
