Good afternoon, we, Elisa's children, would like to share our experience at the Virgen de la Salud Residence. We felt a deep connection with the staff, who provided exceptional care and attention to detail, ensuring each resident had everything they needed every day. The staff also demonstrated remarkable compassion. We want to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff for the love and support our mother, Elisa, received until her passing. She died with dignity, without pain, and surrounded by her loved ones. We give it a perfect 10, without a doubt. Thank you so much, and we send our warmest regards to everyone, including the residents. 🥰🫂❤

Our mother was 96 years old and passed away in this care home. She was only there for ten days, but we were able to see firsthand the high quality of the facilities and services offered, and especially the professionalism and compassion of all the staff. During such a difficult time, we felt supported and our mother received the best possible care, for which we are very grateful.

My mother made it easy for me. After the pandemic, she decided to move to a care home and chose yours because it's located on the street where she's lived her whole life. She didn't need financial assistance; she paid and she made the decisions. And just as she'd always chosen the length of a skirt, the collar of a shirt, or the fullness of one of the thousands of dresses she sewed for my children and me, she made the right choice. With you, she has felt loved, protected, valued, special, useful, pampered, cared for, and looked after. For that alone, THANK YOU. But it would be unfair of me to stop there, because as her daughter, I've felt the same way. You've listened to me, helped me, comforted me, advised me, and made things so much easier that, truly, from the reception staff, caregivers, nurse, doctor, administrative staff, cleaning staff, kitchen staff, physical therapists, and all the other staff, I say THANK YOU SO MUCH. And to Maria and Isabel, I want to say that you are truly GREAT and very SPECIAL. You will always be linked to my mother's memory.

The best choice we could have ever made for my mother's well-being in her final days. I recommended it several times to friends and acquaintances while we were there, and I will continue to do so. I give it five stars because it's impossible to rate it higher. The treatment from ALL the staff was spectacular at all times: humane, professional, and empathetic. The services and facilities were top-notch. You couldn't ask for more. I don't understand some of the false and malicious reviews I've read. They don't realize the damage they do to the company and, above all, to the employees. The normal thing would be for someone who has had a bad experience to explain it; it's their perfect right, and it also helps other people choose. Of course, there can be complaints about some service malfunction. Everyone tells their own story, but to go from that to inventing falsehoods... No one has the right to do that. I categorically deny some of those fabrications. Neither I, nor anyone in my family, nor other relatives of residents with whom we chatted daily, ever noticed any "smell of urine," as I read in the previous review... NEVER during my mother's six-month stay. On the contrary, cleanliness is one of the facility's strongest points, and this was a frequent comment among my family. It's absurd to claim that when visitors come through the door, the receptionist rushes to alert the staff... How could anyone think that?! They wouldn't even have the time. I spent many moments talking with the receptionists while the flow of visitors was constant, and I never witnessed what they claim. I repeat: it's an absurd accusation. The staff's displays of affection toward my mother and the other residents were constant, and I was able to verify this even on occasions when they hadn't even noticed we were there. We visited my mother daily and always found her clean and well cared for. Any medical issue, no matter how minor, was attended to by the medical staff and we were immediately informed. I read another review that said they don't allow family members to be with a patient in their final days... Completely false! When my mother's condition worsened, they moved her to a room where she received all the necessary care and where we could be with her 24 hours a day if we wanted... And we were there for about two weeks until she passed away. And we weren't the only ones; another family was in the same situation. Sometimes they even offered us, the family members, drinks and the option to eat there. Anyway... I could almost write a book, and it would all be positive. I will always be grateful... And no, ma'am... I never "gave them a tip." Finally, to avoid any suspicion, I want to make it clear that I have NO PERSONAL INTEREST IN THE COMPANY nor any connection to its staff, but it outrages me to see someone making serious accusations against professionals, regardless of their field, knowing them to be false, without considering the damage they can cause. Google, even if you don't verify reviews, I urge you to remove the false information, as stated in your information.

Of the three companies I've used in Guadalajara that provide elderly care, this is the one I liked best. Both Miguel, the manager, and Cristina, who cared for my parents, did everything they could to ensure they received the best possible care. For that, I thank them.
