This residence is a disgrace, the only ones who are saved are 4 assistants and Ana from reception, the director is rude, my grandmother passed away on October 6th due to the poor care they receive and basic care they need, the doctor is a disgrace, my grandmother has been there for 7 years and we have overlooked many things supposed falls that turned out to be the fault of the assistants who were there at the time, another day my father saw how she was slapped during dinner and several other things, my grandmother diagnosed with Alzheimer's since she arrived on the 1st, the "doctor" called us saying that she was sick/sleepy that was her explanation, in the afternoon my brothers and my mother were there and they had her in a freezing room full of flies, they were there for 3 hours and no one showed up in the room, only when they went down to call the nurse because they realized she had a fever. The next day, my brother called in the morning to ask how my grandmother was doing, and they said she was fine, laughing and talking. 20 minutes later, they called my uncle to tell him they were taking her by ambulance to the hospital, from which she never came out alive. When I arrived at the hospital, they started running tests and lab work on her. She had a severe urinary tract infection that she had supposedly been treated for two weeks earlier. This had caused sepsis, a blood infection. All the organs were there. They told us she was dehydrated and malnourished. They were going to do everything they could, but she was VERY SERIOUS. We realized she had something inside her mouth, and it was candidiasis. She couldn't speak, she had difficulty breathing. Sepsis doesn't develop in a day, nor does what she had in her mouth. That's neglect, and they haven't taken proper care of her. We also noticed a lump in her right breast, and the shameless doctor told my uncle to stop asking so many questions, because we were being too insistent, that it was a fatty lump, as if she'd performed a biopsy (which they didn't do because we noticed the lump ourselves). When we went up to get my grandmother's belongings, a safety pin with a Virgin Mary, a Christ, and a gold stone she used to wear in her bra were missing. They gave us her belongings dirty and smelly, and the director who was there didn't even come out to offer her condolences. After so many years there, it's a disgrace how they've behaved, with the exception of Ana at reception and a few others. If you love your relatives, don't bring them to this nursing home.

I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. My grandmother was admitted and a nurse assaulted her, beating her repeatedly in the face and leaving multiple bruises around her eyes and temple. It's a shame I can't include a photo. This is the worst nursing home ever.

My mother is a patient here and the care is very good. I was worried at first because of the reviews, but I've been coming to visit my mother for several months now and I can see that she's in good hands.

The workers are treated worse than dogs, forcing them to sign sick leave to avoid compensation. It's a shame for the elderly who live there, because the treatment is the worst possible. Inhumane treatment where shouting is the norm. Inspections should take these things into account and report the people in charge of the nursing home. The nursing home's rating says it all.

A peaceful place where residents are treated with great care and affection. Highly recommended.
