Opiniones

We've had a resident here since 2020. At first, like everything else, it was fine, but in the last year, the residence has an overwhelming smell of urine and feces. There's very little cleaning, urine in the elevator, and feces in the hallways that take hours to clean. The concern for the residents is rather low; there are recurring cases of scabies, and a lack of clothing for dressing or sleeping. The management should really take a hard look at this residence, which has deteriorated in every way. They should investigate whether it's due to a lack of staff, if the workers are disgruntled and only doing the bare minimum, or if the priority is the monthly income and not the residents. It's true that all our complaints are acknowledged and we're told, "We'll note it down for the staff," "We'll tell the doctor," but little changes. Having to complain for something to work properly means it's not working.

It's more like a hotel than a care home. Spacious and comfortable rooms and common areas for residents. My special thanks to the director, Marta Casero González, for her kindness and helpfulness the day I visited the residence. In the end, we didn't place my mother there due to the distance, but after visiting quite a few care homes, I give it a 10 out of 10. I'm keeping it in mind for when my turn comes...

My mother has been at this nursing home for almost nine months. From the beginning, the treatment from the entire staff has been excellent. During this time, she underwent hip surgery, and the center's response has been brilliant, both in terms of postoperative care and her complete rehabilitation. Furthermore, this center is very concerned about the integration of residents, making them feel like part of a family. Finally, I would like to thank the staff for their efforts and dedication to making residents' lives more enjoyable with the constant activities that take place both at the nursing home and outside of it. Thank you very much for everything.

I came with a friend to visit her relative, and to my surprise, what I was telling her is that the laundry takes a very long time. I think it's due to staff shortages, and one day they picked up her glasses along with the dirty laundry they had to wash. They work so fast they can't pay attention to everything. I hope this gets resolved soon, and that it will be fixed when it's my turn to come (I'm 20 years away from home, and they say you have to take care of the caregiver). Thank you.

The human treatment is tremendously disappointing. A relative was a resident for over two years, the first few months were fine (logically, so you don't look for other options). As time goes by, you realize we're just numbers to them. The only thing they're in a hurry for is to get paid; they take all the time in the world to provide good patient care. If you're hospitalized, you have to demand a refund because they slap 100% on the bill without any consideration (then you have to argue with them). The human quality of the management staff leaves much to be desired.
