A THANK YOU falls short of what we've received from the entire nursing home staff. From the management, to the nurses and assistants, to the cleaning staff. My grandmother arrived during the pandemic, and these five years at the nursing home have been a true gift. She has always been neat, clean, well cared for, fed, with her medication always up to date, monitored, with routine doctor visits, hospital checkups... everything she could have needed. My grandmother, María Jesús, passed away a few days ago, and neither my family nor I will ever forget the sweetness and affection with which they accompanied us in her final moments. They prepared a room for us so we could be with her at all times, the assistants were always on hand to bring us pillows, something to eat, and anything else we might need. HUMANE TREATMENT, after all... I also want to thank you for the care and love with which you have supported my mother throughout this time, addressing all her questions and concerns with professionalism, patience, and understanding. I believe the key to understanding everything that happens in nursing homes is to have empathy for others, for the workers who work hard every day to care for our elderly. Thank you, thank you, and thank you for taking care of my grandmother and my family during all this time 🤍

Thank you for taking such good care of Francisco Sintado until his very last day. We will always be grateful. The residence is in perfect condition and the staff take such good care of the residents. The food always smells wonderful and they offer a very varied diet.

If you want to leave your grandparents parked, this is the best place. From bed to chair and from chair to bed, they don't move them, they don't take them out to the patio, and as for hygiene, it smells bad just walking in. And don't let them get sick. My grandmother had a urinary tract infection, and they inserted the catheter so badly that urine was backing up into her bladder, and she had a wound on her anus. She's been in the hospital for two weeks, and they haven't bothered to call even once. I'll just say she's never going back there.

If you want your elderly relatives to decline in six months, this is a good place. They sit them in armchairs and let them spend hours there. They give them milk from an industrial-type container that previously held mayonnaise, and the sugar is literally in a Nesquik container—it's a disgrace. You pay around €1700 and they only get three Maria cookies with milk or juice for breakfast and an afternoon snack. That's been my grandmother's food for a year. The owner seems like the town bully, and nobody even knows the residents' names. The day they do an inspection, I hope, for the sake of the elderly residents, that they shut it down. My grandmother won't be going back there.

My father's stay at this nursing home was short, but long enough for us to realize that the care and service provided were of substandard quality. My father passed away, and he could have been dead for 15 days without anyone at the facility even noticing, since they only care about ensuring the inmate's money is deposited on time. If you love your family, don't take them there. If, on the other hand, you don't love them, this is the perfect place.
