Good morning. My mother has been in the residence for seven years. She has good times and bad, but the caregivers and the rest of the staff have always been attentive. It's true that the elderly have their ups and downs, and in my mother's case, they have always been incredibly understanding and supportive. Because there are so few residents, it feels more like a family. I appreciate your efforts.

Both Alberto and the rest of the staff are very attentive and professional. They are always looking out for our residents. Whenever I have a problem or something worries me, they immediately take care of it and try to resolve it. Alberto always answers my questions within half a day. And the staff always make an effort to tell me about their daily lives and how my father is doing. In the end, they are the ones who spend most of the day with them. Furthermore, the place is very, very welcoming. I prefer it to the large nursing homes, to be honest; it's almost like being in a home. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR WORK.

I recommend this residence 100%. My mother is happy, and that's what I'm staying with. A clean and very family-friendly place. Alberto, Juan, Sara, and the other staff are always attentive to my mother. They are very caring and kind to the elderly. They provide food, toiletries, and everything else they need. They always call to inform you about any issues. I always recommend it for the care of our elderly.
