My mother has been here since November. The staff is very caring and friendly, always coming up with activities to bring joy to our residents, which helps improve their communication, mobility, and more. I personally stay for lunch from time to time and eat the same food they do. It's delicious, especially considering they cook for so many people and I have a "restrictive diet." I've never had anything I didn't like. It's true that the facilities could be improved, but those improvements are planned. The director sends us videos and photos of our residents almost daily, especially when there are celebrations, which, by the way, they never miss! The caregivers are always attentive. It's not an easy job, and they do it wholeheartedly. Thank you all for taking care of our mothers and fathers.

I agree that the facilities and garden aren't very glamorous. (That's why I'm not giving it five stars—I hope the owner updates the garden and facilities 😉) But the important thing is that our elderly residents are well cared for, and they are here. Plenty of activities, good food, excellent service... Constant updates on how the residents are doing... My mother has stayed in several much more expensive residences, and this is the one she and we have liked the most. A great team, very well managed by Ana.

Good morning, my father sadly passed away on December 28th from a cruel and terrible illness. Throughout his time at La Campiña Residence, I must express my deepest gratitude and affection to all the caregivers, nurses, administrators, and the Director of this senior living facility. All the staff are excellent and caring, and during his long stay, he was always entertained. It's one of the senior centers I know, with the most activities (music, crafts, celebrations, festivities, etc.) that truly keep all the residents occupied and entertained. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We are so grateful for all the attention and help provided, even though it was quick. Special thanks to Isabel for showing us around the residence, Daniela for her kindness and gentleness, and above all, to the director, Ana. It was a difficult situation, and from the very first moment, they offered their help. It was a short stay, but we received excellent care from all the staff at the residence, including the doctor and the physiotherapist. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ for the wonderful work you do every day with the elderly, and for the challenges they sometimes present.

For a private residence, it's one of the worst. The bathrooms are always filthy, smell bad, and are disgusting, as is the rest of the facilities, since I've never seen them cleaned. The care for the elderly is appalling; they yell at them and neglect them. My mother has fallen many times, and all they say is that since we're paying, we should demand more staff, when we see them just standing around doing nothing. They only clean and put on a charade about how much they encourage the residents and the services they offer when the mayor comes to visit. The pictures they show of the residence are not real; the reality is one of neglect, and the attention from the director and the rest of the staff is pure hypocrisy. This residence leaves much to be desired, both the staff and the facility itself. I absolutely do not recommend it.
