I want to express my deepest gratitude to all the staff at the center for their wonderful care of my father, Rufino, who passed away on Monday, January 12th. Beyond their exceptional character, their overall professionalism was outstanding! If I were to go through the same ordeal again, I would undoubtedly choose this magnificent residence once more. My family and I are eternally grateful!

Great atmosphere for users, very comfortable with top-notch personal attention, I highly recommend it!! :)))

Most of the staff is unmotivated and overwhelmed, as they are understaffed. This is especially true in the afternoons, when, with fewer staff for more grandparents, they are poorly monitored, and they expect everyone to maintain a calm and lethargic attitude in order to manage the poor management of the center. If even one grandparent is active, they have plenty of room. My experience has gotten worse and worse: from allowing the Alzheimer's patient to escape, with the caregivers not noticing until an hour and a half had passed (an outrage), and on top of that, lying to me about the details, not giving me a written report of what happened, and not reprimanding anyone or including improvements to prevent a recurrence, to calling me daily to ask me to drop everything and go get her because she was supposedly causing a nuisance, even after having given her a rescue remedy that sedated her. They didn't expect the sedative effect; they forced me to take her, and many of the staff members complained, were rude, and showed clear contempt for her. They even accused me of eating someone else's yogurt, to which I replied that I would pay them back if necessary. It's a disgrace, really... Management didn't take any responsibility, nor did they report on any logistical issues or anything. Caser is a very lucrative entity in terms of assets, and that's its premise.

I want to emphasize that, in addition to magnificent facilities, the team of professionals makes the place safe, friendly, and worthy of our seniors.

A very clean and organized place. A good place for our seniors. But there's no place like home, if it weren't for the fact that there are seniors who need help, and for that, there's nothing like a specialized center.
