My mother, who recently passed away, resided at this facility for three years. She received exceptional care; she considered it her home, praising the personal attention, food, and so much more. She was treated with great care and professionalism, which as a son (care and professionalism) I extend to myself and my family. Prompt and ongoing communication with us. I believe it is a magnificent facility with excellent support when the resident is well, when they progressively need more help, and when in their final moments they require more support, love, and affection. You know, Mom, that a few days ago, I was at what was your last home, visiting those who will forever be members of our family, that family we acquired at the last minute, during your most difficult times: Alejandra, María, and Gerardo were so much more than just those who ran that place. I didn't remember the colors of the walls, the armchairs, the game room, or the location of the pool. Or maybe I forgot while I was looking at them. And now that I'm writing this, I'll tell you, Mom, that I don't remember them either. Maybe in my head, perhaps in my heart, there's only room to remember the enormous humanity that permeates that place. I know letters don't reach heaven, Mom, but now they travel through the clouds. And to those who read this, I'll just say, don't settle for seeing photos on a website. The best of it isn't seen. It's perceived. It's felt and envelops you like a hug that, suddenly, seems to protect the one you love so much from all danger. You couldn't possibly express more humanity, more affection, more kindness. I will always hold you in my heart, alongside my mother, Alejandra, María, Gerardo, and all those who supported you and contributed to your work. Eternal thanks.

But when that is combined with impeccable, compassionate care and attention that surpasses even the most demanding protocols, that satisfaction transforms into gratitude for the family that the elderly person has found in their caregivers.
