Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento para el equipo humano de esta Residencia y estaré eternamente agradecida por acompañar a mi padre en su último aliento. Gracias a Silvia Rego, Mar, Sheila, Miriam, Dolores, Adriana y a la directora Cristina , sobre todo a ella por darle tanto cariño durante su enfermedad, por ayudarme en todo lo que estaba en su mano y mas… y por cuidarle hasta el último minuto de su vida. Hay gestos que no se pagan con dinero, para el resto, como leo en otras reseñas , ningún lugar es perfecto, pero puedo asegurar que mi padre paso sus últimos meses de vida , acompañado, bien cuidado y por supuesto en un lugar limpio y con trato muy humano. Desde aquí quiero daros las gracias de corazón, por todo.

This residence is wonderful. The facilities are amazing, it has beautiful gardens to stroll through, and the staff is wonderful. Cristina, the director, Mercedes, the supervisor, and Silvia and Belén at the front desk. They are always there to take care of you and your loved ones, with a kind word or any information you need at any time. I have nothing but words of gratitude for them.

My mother has been in this nursing home since April, and my family and I can only say good things about the entire team. From the director, coordinator, receptionists, and caregivers, my mother is happy, well cared for, and despite her dementia, her face always lights up with a smile when she sees her caregivers. Thank you for your hard work, you're fantastic!

If anyone hates a family member, this nursing home, and especially its supervisor, Mercedes, is the perfect place to get rid of that person they hate. It's negligence through and through. The treatment is appalling, the care, concern, and attention for the elderly are nonexistent. When they sign the contract, they offer them a doctor 24 hours a day and nurses 24 hours a day. They lie because they have two pharmacy assistants instead of nurses. I had a relative there, and it was a miracle they didn't kill him. Above all, the person named Mercedes, who runs this nursing home, is the worst you could ever find, both as a person and as a professional, not to mention as a human being. She's arrogant, unfriendly, narcissistic, a liar; there really isn't a derogatory adjective to describe this entity. I assure anyone who has a family member in this nursing home that they should get them out as soon as possible because they're having a terrible time, all because of the negligence of the aforementioned person. If you care about your elders, don't put them in this nursing home. You'll be condemning them if you do. Don't trust Mercedes, she's a very, very, very bad person and has no humanity or empathy. Another lie they tell: they don't have a cleaning team; the girls who work there clean, poor things!!!

It's a nursing home that leaves a lot to be desired... it has a coordinator who would be better at coordinating a stable than elderly people in need of care. You have no respect for either the patients or the family. We don't even know the director, if she exists. You leave your elders to be well cared for and she's all worries... it's the worst place for a first experience... lack of hygiene... lack of cleanliness for the elderly... lack of attention... they make them watch TV and if they need something... lack of communication with the family... it's all chaotic. I gave it one star because I can't give it less ➖ 100... ZERO I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
