La Residencia Sua Casa destaca por su dedicación excepcional al cuidado de los mayores, con un personal capacitado y cariñoso que trata a los residentes con auténtica calidez y humanidad, siendo especialmente valorado el compromiso personal del equipo de cuidadores y servicios. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante respecto a la confiabilidad de los propietarios en cuanto al cumplimiento de compromisos y responsabilidades, lo que genera dudas sobre la fiabilidad de la gestión de la residencia.

With all my love to María del Mar and Enrique, for filling my mother's last years with love... For offering us their support and unwavering advice during difficult times. They have wonderful caregivers; to each and every one of them, I can only say "thank you"... Especially to "our" cook, Marina, with whom we shared so many laughs... And her dedication to feeding "her" little ones... To Rocío, with her smile and kindness... A million thanks for the security and confidence you gave us... For your dedication and the warmth you radiate every day... I know I'm forgetting names, but truly, a million thanks to all of you. Don't look for luxuries, find true warmth... You are LOVE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE RESIDENCE WILL BE LIKE, BUT KNOWING THE OWNERS... THEY HAVE A RUIN IN THE CENTER OF FERROL THAT IS CAUSING A LOT OF DAMAGE TO THE ADJACENT BUILDING WHICH BELONGS TO UCHA. AND ALL THEY DO IS THROWING THEIR EYES OFF... D. ENRIQUE CALLS ASKING FOR A THOUSAND APOLOGIES AND THAT IT WILL BE FIXED... AND UNTIL TODAY. HE HASN'T KEPT A WORD, SO I WOULD NEVER LEAVE MY ELDERLY FAMILY IN THEIR HOME WITH SOMEONE WHO IS NOT TRUSTABLE.
