La Residencia San José de Arzúa presenta opiniones muy polarizadas, con la mayoría de usuarios elogiando el trato cálido, profesional y familiar del equipo, así como las instalaciones acogedoras y la calidad de la alimentación. Sin embargo, existe una crítica grave sobre la falta de cualificación del personal en aspectos críticos de cuidado geriátrico, como la movilización de personas con mobilidad reducida y conocimiento sobre úlceras por presión y disfagia, lo que genera preocupación sobre la capacidad real del centro para atender necesidades médicas complejas.

It's a disgrace. They're looking for unqualified staff on Facebook. It's a disgrace, they don't know how to mobilize people with reduced mobility, nor what dysphagia is, or a pressure ulcer, or an anti-bedsore mattress, etc. What a disgraceful place. Poor residents in the hands of people who have no idea of their needs or risks. Family members should choose centers with professional staff and find out about their qualifications, not prioritizing facilities or proximity. They're going to be living there, and it should be staffed with professional, sufficient, and efficient staff.
