DomusVi A Coruña destaca por la excelente calidad humana y profesionalismo de su personal, especialmente reconocido por el trato cálido, empático y personalizado que brindan a los residentes y sus familias, lo que ha permitido que incluso quienes inicialmente se resistían a la residencia se adapten y se sientan bien atendidos. Aunque las instalaciones comunes como jardines y comedores son de gran calidad, algunas habitaciones presentan cierto desgaste por antigüedad, aunque se consideran adecuadas en general.

Although these types of institutions generally don't have a very good reputation, the truth is that the staff here treats the elderly with excellence, according to my own family members. I have a friend who lives in this nursing home, and I have to say that what I would highlight most about it is the friendly and cordial treatment of the staff. To give an example, I'd like to highlight a detail that recently caught my attention. I saw how José, from the kitchen team, was friendly and empathetic with the residents, talking and showing interest in them. And they, in turn, appreciated his positive comments. These details make family and friends appreciate the work of those who care for our seniors every day in nursing homes like this one. Thank you for that!

My father spent a year at the nursing home. I'm very happy with the center in general, but especially with the team who cared for him. The treatment has been unbeatable. Thank you so much. You've made this much more bearable. The common areas, gardens, dining room, etc. are wonderful. The rooms are a little older, but adequate.

What I would highlight about this nursing home is the humane and professional treatment of the entire staff. My grandmother has been hospitalized for some time, and although she didn't want to be there at first, she has adapted very well. For both her and us, they are now an important part of our family.
