Opiniones

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff of this care home for the care and attention they showed my mother during her stay. It is always a great help, especially during the most difficult times, to have the support of the nursing staff, assistants, and supervisors.

I had a relative stay at this nursing home, and in short, it's wonderful. They take excellent care of the elderly, provide excellent healthcare, and offer good food. Overall, everything is very clean. The staff is professional, attentive, and pleasant.

Shameful, appalling, and negligent are just the beginning, and this is only a summary. The family member who was in this place (because it can't really be called a residence with such deficient care provided by a large part of the staff, including the director) didn't receive the care they needed. What's more, we had a new scare every few weeks because of the residence itself and the "care" provided, even to the point of fractures and severe dehydration, which went untreated for days and almost caused their death. They also take advantage of the residents with disabilities, as these are the ones who receive the least attention. They leave them "parked" in a room at the back, staring into space for hours. They don't even remember to take them to the bathroom, leaving them for hours with a dirty diaper, with all the problems that entails... The worst thing, without a doubt, is that talking to the director, Paula, is like talking to a brick wall: a complete waste of time. They only boast about the "good" work they do; they don't admit to any kind of mistake. This is EXTREMELY SERIOUS. Why? Because it means there will never be any improvement. One must learn from their mistakes, but to do so, one must admit them, be able to see them, and not deny all the negligence that occurs under the current management. And unfortunately, the same thing happens when you try to contact the complaints department and explain what happened. NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY OR BLAME FOR ANYTHING. So, if someone dependent is taken to these centers, the family member will have to face the consequences, but of course, not the company—let's make that clear from the outset. I'm writing this not only to highlight the lack of care they have for the people in their charge, but also so that families who can look for other options will do so. With the previous director of the center, everything was better. Since the current director, Paula, took over, the quality of services has significantly declined. I don't know if it was her decision to "make the entrance garden pretty," but this isn't about landscaping; it's about caring for the patients. These decisions also affect the staff, many of whom work out of vocation, with immense love and care for the patients, while others are exhausted by the appalling working conditions they have to endure. And that's not all. The director even shows up at the family member's funeral "out of courtesy." Look, families saying goodbye to their deceased loved ones simply DON'T WANT certain people there at that moment, especially since, on several occasions, the terrible management of the "care" provided here has nearly caused their death. Last but not least, if you feel offended by these words, it's because you know they're all true. So don't even bother responding with pathetic excuses to try and clean up your image, because you can see for yourselves that other families have been harmed by the same thing. Instead, start taking action to improve, which is what you need to do.

My father stayed there for a month until he moved to his current residence... The treatment was very good, the food was delicious, he gained weight and improved a lot. The facilities were very good, and the rooms were very clean and modern. The rooms were very clean and felt like your living room. It's very expensive, but the service was very good. They have plenty of staff. They gave me a lot of peace of mind and were very attentive. My experience was very good. Thank you, team! Great job, Ana.

My stay at this residence was a month and a half! I came in with a fractured knee, tibia and shoulder and the care from all the staff at the center, reception, nursing, laundry, kitchen, doctor, physio and other staff was EXCELLENT 👌☝️ in every way and thanks to them I am leaving with an express recovery from my fractures in just a month and a half since I suffered them!! I want to thank, along with Noelia, effusively the staff with whom I had the most contact with me, first of all the director PAULA, a super kind and caring person!! And BEA, the supervisor, who is extremely attentive and very willing!! And now NOELIA, ANGELICA, MAR, TIAGO, ERIKA, GLORIA and those who had a close contact in my recovery and also to thank all the staff that I have not met and have influenced it and some that I have left out, for example kitchen staff and the hairdresser MÓNICA, a delight!! I am leaving new and I leave the RESIDENCE with a little sadness because I have been better than at home 👌☝️ I will always remember you ❤️❤️❤️
