Opiniones

My family and I have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire team. Although admitting a loved one is a difficult step and we had many doubts, we found the right place where she received humane and dignified treatment, where she was cared for with professionalism and great affection. Thank you, O Casón Team! Keep up the good work!

What I can say is that my aunt didn't want to go to any center. She got sick and we had to take her. Now... she doesn't want to leave, or even change centers. She feels like she's with family. It's like a family home, and she's delighted. If she is... I am too.

A place where they tell you the adjustment period is 15 days without being able to see your family member entering the care home—the best thing you can do is run away. It's abandoning them. Thank goodness I made the best decision not to put my grandmother there. She's at Orpea, where we see her daily. Visiting hours are from 9 am to 9 pm, which gives us transparency. This is everything that this other care home didn't offer. They were bothered that my grandmother could get up on her own and might fall, which is their responsibility and they should address it with their staff. And on top of that, you pay the same as in a care home with all the amenities… a disaster! The physiotherapy area is just a storage room for wheelchairs—don't be fooled.

Well, what can I say...!!! My experience was very good. My aunt was there for three years and I have nothing but good things to say. The director, the assistants, the doctor, and especially the way they treat the patient and their family—it's like a small family. I definitely recommend it.

I'll never forget it, never. Horrible, I'll regret it for the rest of my life. Where did they tell you not to go there for 15 days? I ignored it and went early. But I still regret it 10 years later.
