Hogar Madre Rosa Ojeda destaca por su ambiente acogedor, personal atento y amable, así como por la calidad en el cuidado de los mayores y variedad de servicios ofrecidos, aspectos que la mayoría de residentes valora muy positivamente. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante respecto a la temperatura excesiva en las instalaciones, que causa incomodidad a los adultos mayores.
