My mother is about to arrive at the home, but the first impressions are good. Marta, the assistant, is a lovely person; she exudes calm and affection. The center has its own kitchen, a cafeteria/meeting area, a gym, clean rooms, a hair salon, and an interior courtyard with a garden. I just want to thank them for their work, because without them we would be lost.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I learned about it through a close friend who was hospitalized there. The price is more affordable than other hospitals in the area, but the quality reflects this. The food quality is poor, the rooms are very small and shared, and there are no activities to stimulate the elderly cognitively or physically. The treatment by some nuns is very degrading, and daily masses and rosaries are offered, but the elderly have other physical, medical, and social needs that go unmet.

According to reviews I've read, they treat guests very well, but they have absolutely no manners when answering the phone when you ask for information. They answer in a curt and unfriendly tone, without giving explanations and with a flat "no" as their response. For a religious establishment, kindness is conspicuously absent.

A beautiful Mass, with lovely singing, on Saturdays at 9:00 am; the nuns are very kind.
