Highly recommended! From the day my family member was admitted, they were very attentive. Nuria, the resident care manager, is very professional and empathetic. In addition to looking after my family member, she personally helps me cope with the new situation of having a family member admitted. Macarena, the director, is always willing to help and make things easier. It's a family atmosphere, with good coordination between the various professional groups, always providing friendly and courteous service. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and the food I've seen is beyond reproach. I highly recommend it, and above all, go and experience it in person. I've been with them for two years, and from day one, the treatment was incredibly close and professional. Despite the pandemic, we were able to stay in contact with our family member at all times. In our case, they provided individualized care tailored to our family member's needs. We are very happy and grateful for the treatment they receive and the treatment we receive. Good morning, yesterday, after a long wait that was well worth it, I was finally able to take my parents to this center. I know it's too soon to give a full assessment, but I'm speechless with gratitude for the care they received, starting with the director, housekeeper, medical team, nurses, reception staff, and so on.
