I had a diabetic relative living at the center, and I always saw him clean-shaven with his nails trimmed. I really appreciated the wide variety of activities organized for residents, both those who go on excursions and those who stay at the residence and have musicians come to play for them. What my relative enjoyed most was Sunday lunch, which usually alternates between paella and fideuà. During the week, they play bingo with candy, and this was another activity he really enjoyed. I love the tranquility of the center and its green spaces. We are very happy with the staff and the director of the center.

Thank you to all the staff at Savia and the director, they do a great job with our seniors and family members, always willing to guide you and help if necessary. They always prepare activities for them, both outside and inside the center, my father was always waiting for the next party. Vermouth day, the falla crema..., Always well-groomed, waiting for the food because he liked it a lot, so much so that when we went to see him he was waiting for the time so as not to run out of food, especially on Sundays and holidays, since there was always something different. Whenever we went to see him we went out into the garden, under the pergolas and when and when we sat down he always told us that if we didn't go get a coffee, that he would like it, because he had a visitor. Thank you for all your work and for the support received, for your professionalism.

My father has been at the Center since 2022, and I want to mention that all the staff are very professional and kind. They are always smiling and always willing to help, guide, etc. Their work flows smoothly thanks to their professionalism, even though there are 124 residents and far too few staff in all areas. It would be beneficial to have more staff to better support the work. My father, in particular, really enjoys the food and the care he receives. They are always attentive to his needs, and he feels included. I should mention that the relationship with me during visits (3-4 times a week for 2-3 hours) is very smooth, and they listen to my suggestions, although sometimes it's difficult to resolve certain issues immediately, as it doesn't only depend on the staff themselves, and sometimes they are hampered by a lack of time and resources to address them. I also want to mention that I believe the center should have its own transportation, as it's located outside the town center. The road leading to the center is unsuitable for walking or moving around because it lacks a sidewalk. Whenever an activity is scheduled outside the center (Fallas, San Antonio, local festivals, trips to the beach, etc.), taxis have to be called. There are usually very few taxis available, making the journey very complicated and time-consuming for everyone involved, both staff and residents. Thank you in advance for considering my feedback. I'm happy to provide more details and collaborate in any way I can to improve the situation for residents and all staff.

The treatment of the elderly is shameful. For the slightest task they're given, or if they do something they don't want to do, they're given injections and left sedated in a wheelchair (even though they're perfectly capable of taking care of themselves). We left a family member there, and we had to take them with us because they were getting worse every day, even though they weren't dependent. The family doctor is the only one who can prescribe new medications, but they medicate them all there, and we never know what they're for... because they don't want to tell you exactly what it is. Even the elderly themselves ask for help when they see you because they aren't being properly cared for. I had to leave in tears because of the way I was treated.

It's lamentable. They treat the elderly like objects. They keep them sedated all day so they don't cause any disturbance, without proper care, giving them unnecessary medications to make them sleepy, injecting them with sedatives as soon as it becomes even a little more work, without giving them the necessary attention, without giving them a shred of affection. They lie to their families so they don't worry. The poor elderly, who can't even afford to eat, are preferred to go hungry rather than help them. They are unprofessional, lacking empathy... they see the elderly as money.
