My name is Genma, and after my aunt stayed at the Vitalia Residence for several months, I can attest that the team is made up of outstanding professionals. It is a highly qualified, multidisciplinary team that has consistently demonstrated its ability to meet any challenge. As a family, we have felt unwaveringly supported by all the staff, from the reception team to the caregivers, as well as the technical team. We went through a particularly difficult situation with my aunt, which was handled impeccably. We especially want to highlight the outstanding dedication of the social worker, thanks to whom it was possible to resolve the situation successfully. Our sincere gratitude to the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, warmth, and the care they provided.

From the very first day, Lucía attended to us with a gentleness and warmth that made us feel very comfortable. Despite her youth, she proved to be an outstanding professional, accompanying us at all times and facilitating the welcome in an impeccable manner. Her support was fundamental for us, and we couldn't be more grateful for her dedication. We also want to highlight the physiotherapy and nursing team, whose work with my wife was an enormous help.
