CAD Santa Eulalia presenta una situación muy polarizada según las experiencias de sus usuarios. Mientras algunos destacan un servicio excelente, las críticas más detalladas revelan problemas graves como gestión deficiente de pertenencias de residentes, demoras injustificadas en reembolsos y capacidad limitada para atender a personas con alta dependencia, lo que genera serias dudas sobre la calidad del cuidado y la administración de la residencia.

After a three-week stay, my relative moved to a different residence. Two days later, they charged him for the next month's rent, and we're still waiting for a refund. Fifteen days have passed, and so far, it makes no difference whether we file a claim or not; a process that should be quick hasn't been completed yet. When we arrived to pick him up, his luggage was already packed, but when we got to the new residence, seven pairs of socks, five pairs of underwear, and two t-shirts were missing—all brand new and labeled. Instead, we had two old t-shirts from someone else. We filed a claim, and they say they don't have that amount recorded, even though I have the purchase receipt. They've found two pairs of socks and two t-shirts, I think, because when I went to pick them up, they told me they'd already given them to a neighbor, a guy named Julio, whom we don't know. It's a complete disaster and a disgrace. I absolutely do not recommend this place. If they lose clothes in three weeks and charge two months' rent, what will happen in a year?

Based on my experience with my mother, I don't think the staff at this center are equipped to care for bedridden or highly dependent individuals. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
