The service is excellent; it's a very family-oriented residence. My grandmother was very happy in every way, and I thank them for everything they did for her. The management and staff are the best. A big hug to everyone!

It's a residence that treats the elderly well, although I do think there should be more staff. Overall, it's a pleasant and welcoming place.

Our mother celebrated her last birthday there. Like any institution, it could be improved, probably with more staff, but the treatment of the elderly is VERY GOOD, and the transparency of being able to visit relatives AT ANY TIME is a guarantee of the work they do.

Terrible care for the elderly. When my father-in-law could no longer care for himself, they wouldn't even give him water. The cleanliness is appalling. They're understaffed. It's a perfect place to abandon a loved one, even though it might seem otherwise at first.
