La Residencia de Ancianos San Francisco presenta una experiencia desigual según los usuarios, con aspectos positivos como sus buenas instalaciones, personal dedicado y ambiente general agradable, pero con críticas significativas respecto a la atención personalizada a residentes dependientes, actitud del equipo directivo y restricciones excesivas en las visitas familiares. Las opiniones varían considerablemente, probablemente en función del nivel de dependencia del residente y las circunstancias particulares de cada caso.

Unfortunately, I don't share the opinions expressed here, which I can only say are exaggerated. If you're independent, everything's great. But being dependent in this residence is punished, asking for what you need is too, and suggesting a dressing change is out of the question… My relative was admitted for trauma, dehydrated and malnourished… She received rude responses from the staff, and even worse from the director and his very senior doctor who asks for your opinion on everything that should be her job… There isn't a day that goes by that I don't regret it. If you can avoid it, look for another residence.

It's a nursing home located on the outskirts of Reinosa. It's an old building with lots of flowers. There's a bar. The residents are happy. The service is very good. You can take family members out whenever you want, just ask for permission for their check-up. It's not excessively expensive. I hope no one needs it, but if you do, don't hesitate.

If anything distinguishes a company, it's its employees. And as everywhere, there are very good ones and not so good ones, but all with the same goal: caring for our elders, a hard and under-recognized job.

The facilities are VERY good, but it seems very unfair to me that the residents only have visits for two hours a week...that can't be...they need their loved ones today more than ever!!
