Opiniones
Good morning. I've been reading the reviews, and for a moment I thought I'd got the wrong address :D I'm an external healthcare professional. We recently admitted someone I'd been caring for at home. My experience was that the residence is spectacular: five-star, very beautiful and spotless, tastefully decorated; they must have recently renovated it and are still working on it. The staff were fantastic, with a warm welcome and friendliness that even moved me. And I'm thinking... maybe they've made a significant improvement in the overall quality 🤔🥰💕 In any case, congratulations to all the staff who took care of us at all times 💓💝

I want to share something that's been worrying me. I have a relative in the care home, and lately I've noticed several changes that don't seem right to me, and from what I've heard, I'm not the only one in this situation. For example, they used to give her gelatin for hydration, which she loved, but now they only give her water. It might seem trivial, but those little touches brightened her day. They've also stopped making the natural fruit smoothies she loved so much, and now they give her processed fruit, which is nothing like the same. Overall, the quality has noticeably declined. The kitchen used to be something they were proud of, and now, since they installed the new kitchen that everyone was talking about... it seems like everything has gone downhill. But the most worrying thing is that it's also noticeable in the way she's treated and the daily care she receives. My relative used to always be clean and well-groomed, and now that's not always the case. I hope that those of us who care for our elderly will be listened to a little more, because they deserve the best, not cuts or decisions that take away their quality of life.

We went to ask for information and we didn't like it at all. Aside from being dark, dreary, impersonal, and lacking green spaces, the staff not only didn't respond to our greeting, but it seemed like we were bothering them. We received unfriendly looks upon entering and leaving. No one guided us during the visit, no one explained anything to us, except for the rates. They had no interest in helping us. Well, one of the main things that makes the difference in any place is the human factor, the warmth and closeness, especially in a place you go to with your heart in your throat. You're looking for the best place to care for your loved one. Alleviating the anxiety, fear, and doubts of those first moments in the residence is their job, but they didn't seem to know it. We knew this was NOT the place for us, but that we would find the perfect place. And so it was; now we are part of a "big family" in another residence where the residents and their families are cared for, pampered, and loved.

That was appalling; I wouldn't even let my dogs in. I won't say more because I don't like to offend anyone.

IF YOU'RE THINKING OF ADMITTING YOUR FAMILY HERE, DON'T MAKE THIS BIG MISTAKE!!! Terrible treatment. It's pure business. They're completely untrained. The social worker doesn't know how to inform users about possible benefits. The management team, along with the psychologist, is clearly poorly trained and completely ineffective. It's best not to comment on the medical staff... The family is never listened to, they just go about their own business. The only redeeming quality is the reception staff.
