Opiniones

Excellent facilities and exceptional, personal care. It's a very welcoming residence, with friendly and attentive staff. The food is superb. Our parents live here, and my siblings and I are very happy with our choice. Since my parents have been here, their quality of life has improved significantly. My father feels comfortable and well cared for, just like in a hotel. Whenever we've needed help or a problem has arisen, the staff has been incredibly helpful. We are very grateful and highly recommend it.

This place has some excellent salespeople; over the phone they sell you a bunch of things that sound amazing, but after a few hours you realize that what they sold you, they do deliver, but in their own way. A few months ago my father stayed here, and as you can see, it wasn't a good experience. As soon as we arrived, I parked the car to the side so he wouldn't have to walk (remember, they're elderly and have mobility issues). A person with the attitude of a prison warden told us to move the car from the premises, claiming there was "a lot of constant traffic." On the other hand, regarding the rooms, the smell, the facilities, and everything else, I want to congratulate the Photoshop director they have at the residence. The rooms are somewhat similar to the photos, but the feeling upon entering isn't the exclusivity they advertise. I imagine the views would be nice, but I'm afraid we'll have to wait until another company buys it again for them to clean the windows and make it possible to see anything through them. The common room, where the elderly are encouraged to spend their days, is overcrowded with an excessive number of armchairs and feels cramped from the moment you arrive. However, the windows here are indeed clean (a coincidence?). Regarding the smell, despite their famous air fresheners, there's also a noticeable lack of ventilation. The gentleman who greeted my father and me, I learned a few hours later, was the manager of the company that bought the residence. Out of privacy and courtesy, I will only mention his initials (J.L.A.). Regarding this gentleman, I have nothing to say about him, except that he should remember that he manages a nursing home and not Alcatraz.

We're delighted with the care home. My aunt moved in a month ago and has improved tremendously in such a short time. The medical team is excellent, the professionals are wonderful, and they're very compassionate. My aunt is thrilled, and so am I.

The La Pereda residence is a luxury: modern, beautiful facilities, absolutely clean, with a pleasant aroma, different rooms to accommodate residents in different states, a gym, a cinema, etc. But if I had to single out something truly extraordinary, it would be the care provided by its staff. From the receptionists to the management, including the doctors and assistants. Our experience was extraordinary. Thank you so much.

I visited the care home and thought it was beautiful. I saw a lot of staff and the care was excellent. I will be admitting my mother there for her hip fracture.
