El Centro de día El Noray destaca por su personal excepcionalmente dedicado y humanizado, que ofrece atención amorosa, profesional y respetuosa hacia los usuarios, generando gran satisfacción entre las familias y garantizando limpieza y tranquilidad. Sin embargo, existe una crítica aislada sobre la gestión administrativa en cuanto a formalidad y responsabilidad en la comunicación.

Now that the end of my time at the Center is approaching, I feel compelled to share my experience with future family members of users who, like me, may have doubts and fears. The Noray Day Center has been like a little dream amidst so much anxiety. The staff is the most humane I've ever seen. Patience, caring, professionalism, empathy... they have it all. At the management and administrative levels, it runs flawlessly. But it's impossible not to be grateful for the humanity of the staff. They've made our lives and our days easier and made my mother the happiest woman in the world. I can never express my gratitude enough for such dedication and love. 100% recommended.
