Fragela Square is located in the El Mentidero neighborhood. The Gran Teatro Falla is situated in this square, which is the epicenter of the Cádiz Carnival. Also located here are the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Cádiz; the Casa Fragela, built by the merchant Juan Fragela for widows and women in need; and in the center of the square, opposite the Faculty of Medicine, stands the monument and fountain dedicated to Dr. Cayetano del Toro.
